At Jibija Ung-gwee we take pride in our workmanship and products, and will do our best to get your purchase to you safely. Purchases will need to provide a Name and street address for delivery.

All items will be posted using Australia Post or a chosen courier service unless other delivery arrangements are made with Jibija Ung-gwee.

Here at Jibija Ung-gwee we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to support our business. As we are in the Australian Outback, we will endeavour to dispatch your purchase at the next available opportunity. We are serviced by Australian Post and other courier services. We ask for your corporation that due to our outback location that some goods may take a little longer in transit than if we are situated in a major capital city.   Most purchase should be received in Australia within 7 days.

Products will be sent with tracking and signature required upon delivery.

Insurance

Jibija Ung-gwee takes no further responsibility for the delivery of the order (ie lost or damaged) once we have a receipted proof of postage if no insurance is selected.  We take every precaution to package the order carefully and sufficiently however we will not be responsible for any Third Party mishandling of orders. Should you have any issues please contact us to discuss the matter.

RETURNS

We are a small family outback Australian business that values your purchase. We sincerely hope you enjoy your product as much as we have enjoyed making if for you. In the unfortunate occurrence that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Jibija Ung-gwee you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your concerns cannot be rectified, we will either refund the purchase or provide a store credit for the amount of the purchase price. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging and should include a copy of your order form. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may void any refund. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier.  We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
