WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER OUR CAMP SITE –“WORRINYEE” AND THE RUNNING OF OUR ABORIGINAL CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. 

Our Campsite (Worrinyee) is located in an iconic and truly Outback setting, taking full of advantage of the wonderful natural environment and breathtaking landscapes, sunsets and night Sky’s.

Situated on Vale Farm about 30km from Winton on the Opalton Road, we provide our camp participants with real first-hand experiences and interactions with Aboriginal people and culture that they may have not experienced before.

Our programs are unique on-county experiences that are designed to immerse the participants in activities and knowledge sharing sessions, with Aboriginal people our history and our culture.

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will support your stay, to make it as welcoming and enjoyable as possible, with a few Outback laughs and tales around our camp fire thrown in too.

All meals are prepared on site and are fully catered for by our staff.

Sample Traditional bush tucker, our famous camp oven bush bread and meals cooked in gidgee coals.

Depending on the age and needs of the booking, we can tailor an Educational and Cross- Cultural program to cater for your specific requirements.

  • Catering to varying age groups, from young Primary school aged students, right through to Adult Professional Development groups (PD) for Companies, Government Departments and other Organisations and Educational Institutions.
  • Groups up to 30 people in 15 twin share Canvas Tents, elevated off the ground on timber decks.
  • Male and Female toilet and shower blocks, with a hot water fire donkey to heat the showers.
  • Our site is also available for Groups to book our accommodation facilities, with our onsite staff present to support your stay.
